• Pay the full purchase amount for moving services at the time of checkout.

5. Refunds for services are subject to the following conditions:

   • Full refunds are available for cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled moving date.

   • Partial refunds may apply for cancellations made after 48 hours, depending on the services already rendered.

   • No refunds are available for customized or personalized services unless defective.

6. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the service is defective.
